HANNAH SCHUMM

I am an award-winning Wedding Planner in Kansas City.  With several years planning experience, I have found my niche helping brides achieve wedding day perfection through my professionalism, passion and tireless work ethic. 

I specialize in Full Service Wedding Planning and Execution, with a focus on polished designs and guest experience. My style is approachable upscale elegance with an edge. I love to dabble in current trends and experiment with unique designs while maintaining a timeless and classic feel.

My ideal client prioritizes an intentional guest experience and personal details, while keeping an open mind for innovation and creative surprises. She wants a sophisticated wedding that is reflective of her lifestyle and personality but most importantly, she wants to have fun while creating a memorable event for her friends and family. 

I have been recognized several times for my excellence in wedding planning and design. I have won Best of Weddings by Knot Magazine in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 as well as being inducted in to the Knot Hall of Fame. I have also received Wedding Wire's Bride's Choice Award for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. My weddings have been featured in The Hills Magazine, EA Bride Magazine, Her Life Magazine, The Knot Magazine The Perfect Palette, Ruffled and Style Me Pretty and on the Netflix series Queer Eye. 

On a personal note, I have been a Kansas City native all my life and love that my job helps me discover new gems throughout the city while supporting small businesses, mostly run by extemely strong and talented women! I have been married myself since 2015 and we have two great kiddos, Levi and Teddy. When I am not planning weddings, I am working on a home decor project, spending time with my little guys, or satisfying my sweet tooth!!
